Photography studio conveniently located near East side of Downtown Madison WI, about mile away from Wisconsin State Capitol. While photography studio is occupied and used by its resident photographers on a daily basis it also is available for rent.
When it comes to natural light portraits, food photography/video, editorial and lifestyle product photography/video, photography studio and is considered one of the best photography studio spaces in Madison WI that suits that kind of work.
With 15 ft. ceilings, painted in neutral colors and filled with tons of natural light (two window walls: one facing NW and another facing NE) studio could be rented and used for variety of things:
- video/photography workshop space
- video/ photography studio space
- exhibition/ gallery space
- client meeting space
- class teaching space
- private event space
Photography studio is located on the ground level and has direct access from the parking lot via large double door for easy loading/unloading. It also has reserved parking spot.
Studio measurements:height 15 ft. x length 40 ft. x width 25 ft.
What’s included in rent: Photography studio with several painted walls/sections that are ready to use as backgrounds, couple movable mini-walls, 4x8ft black and white boards (AKA V-flats) chairs and tables. Studio also has changing room that could be successfully utilized for professional portrait photography, professional headshot photography or fashion photography. Small kitchen area with sink, microwave, and refrigerator could be used to prepare or store food and beverages.
What is available at additional fee: Variety of backdrops, strobes, speedlights, video lights, light stands, light modifiers and other equipment could be added for additional cost if needed.
Rental fees: Photography studio is available for rent for a minimum of two hours for $175. Additional hour is $75 per hour on weekdays and $100 per hour on weekends. At the moment a full day rental ONLY is available at a discounted rate of $450. As freelancer, I have quite flexible schedule and should be able to accommodate wide spectrum of rental time frame needs.
