Slo Pig turned 4 last week with it’s last latest heritage pig celebration. Event took place at The Madison Club just like a year before. Chef Dan Fox who is the man behind the SloPig movement brings together finest Wisconsin and other Midwest states celebrity chefs, bartenders, heritage pig product tasting, butchery demonstrations, artisan beer, wine and craft spirits tastings, live Bluegrass music and local artists. I’ve been photographing SloPig event since it took off in 2012. My wife and I have been running a event photo booth since 2013. Fun props, booze and wild food people crowd definitely add lots of flavor and weirdness to the happenings on a SloPig night.
After the winners were announced and event ended, everybody quickly packed and moved to the Heritage Tavern for the after party.
And after being in the food industry for quite a few years, I can assure you- folks from that industry know how to party. And most importantly they party like a rock stars! (:
